We collect only the information you choose to send us, plus standard technical logs.

• Contact form. Your name, company, title, email address, phone number, annual revenue band, the areas of interest you select, and your message.
• Estimator tools. When you request a detailed estimate, we collect your email address, your name and company if you give them, and the inputs you entered and the results the tool produced.
• Anti-spam field. Our forms include a hidden field that people do not see. It helps us detect automated spam submissions.
• Server and hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.

This website has no analytics tools installed. We do not build visitor profiles or track you across other websites.

We use the information you send us to:

• respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation if you ask for one;
• provide the estimate or breakdown you request from a tool;
• follow up with you about your inquiry; and
• keep the website working and protect it from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. This website does not send text messages.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process data for us, under our instructions.

• Supabase stores the information you submit, in a Postgres database hosted in the United States.
• Resend delivers internal email notifications to our staff when a new inquiry or estimate request arrives. These emails contain the details you submitted.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.

Where a service you ask about is regulated, such as investment advice, tax preparation, or a capital raise, it is coordinated through licensed partners. If you ask us to involve a partner, we share only the information needed for that purpose.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

This website uses only functional cookies. When Guardian staff sign in to the private admin area, the site sets session cookies to keep them signed in. These cookies are needed for that area to work.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Because there are no analytics or advertising tools on this site, there are no such cookies to opt out of.

We keep inquiry and estimate records for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. The database does not allow public reads, and only authorized staff can view submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete; or
• delete your information.

This website is meant for business owners and their advisors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
